Terms of service

These terms govern what you buy from cremalab.co.uk. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you as a consumer, and where the two ever conflict, the law wins.

Ordering

Your order is an offer. The contract exists once we send you the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, because an item has gone out of stock or a price was displayed wrongly, we tell you and refund you in full. We do not quietly substitute a different item.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown separately at checkout, before you pay. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay: we do not add fees at the last step.

What we sell

Espresso accessories sized for the 54mm Sage and Breville range. Every product page names the machines an item fits and the machines it does not. We describe fit accurately on purpose, because a return costs us more than a lost sale.

Wood is a natural material. Grain and tone vary between handles, and that is not a fault.

Cancelling and returning

See our returns and refunds policy. In short: 14 days to change your mind, we pay the postage, no reason needed.

Where we stand on liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Our products are accessories for domestic espresso machines. Follow the machine manufacturer's instructions. Hot water under pressure deserves respect.

If something goes wrong

Email us first. We would rather fix it than have you complain elsewhere, and we answer within one working day. If we cannot resolve it, you keep every right you had before you contacted us.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
