Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, and delivery is free. There is no minimum order to reach and nothing is added at checkout: the price shown on the product page is the price you pay.

How long it takes

6 working days. That is the whole answer. We pass your order to our supplier the day it comes in, and the parcel reaches a UK address in about 6 working days from there.

If we ever start missing it we will change this page rather than hope you do not notice.

Where your parcel comes from

Your order is shipped by our supplier and may be dispatched from outside the United Kingdom. We say so plainly because it affects how long you wait, and because you are entitled to know.

Anything a carrier asks you to pay on delivery is our problem, not yours. If you are charged import VAT, duty or a handling fee, send us the receipt and we refund it in full. You pay the price shown on the product page and nothing else.

If it is late

Once 20 working days have passed, contact us and we refund you or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. We do not make you wait while we argue with a carrier.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within an hour and we will almost certainly be able to correct it before the parcel moves. After that we can only reship at your cost once the parcel comes back to us.

Outside the United Kingdom

We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom. If you place an order from elsewhere we will refund it in full rather than send you a parcel we cannot support.
