Your right to cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving a justification. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
How to cancel
Email contact@cremalab.co.uk. A clear statement is enough, you do not have to use a form.
Return postage is on us
We pay the return postage on every order, whatever the reason. You are not required by law to get this, we offer it because buying an accessory that has to fit your machine should not carry a risk you pay for.
Refunds
We refund the full price you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you have sent them. Refunds go to the original payment method. We never charge a fee for refunding.
If something is faulty
Separately from the 14 day cancellation right, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, for a full refund. After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Return postage on faulty goods is always at our expense.
Fitment
Our accessories are sold by basket diameter. If an item does not fit the machine listed on its product page, we treat it as not as described and the return is free. If you are unsure which size you have, lift out your current basket and measure across the top rim before you order, or email us and we will tell you.
These rights come from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing on this page reduces them.
